My family has loved this resort over the years, and while the ocean view is stunning, I had a few frustrating moments during our stay. The pool area is a hit with the kids, but checking in was a bit chaotic, and I found the lack of oversight regarding the activities around the pool concerning. Overall, while we enjoyed some aspects, there are a few areas that need improvement.

Most of the staff was friendly and responsive, but the fact that we had to remind them about issues we faced was frustrating.
